Four certification tracks
- Web development: build and ship a working site.
- Internet of Things: microcontrollers, sensors and circuits.
- 3D rapid prototyping: CAD to printed part.
- Vector design: laser and vinyl cutting, from file to finished piece.
What’s in the makerspace
3D printers, a laser cutter, vinyl cutters, textile and apparel equipment, electronics and soldering, and plenty of low-fidelity prototyping supplies. The Center also works with the IQ Center as part of W&L’s broader making and fabrication network.
Before you use any machine, you’ll complete the waiver and access agreement and get trained by Connolly Center staff.
How to get started
